73.5” x 13.5” inch table runner quilt design
Suitable for a confident beginner with easy to follow instructions.
Made with squares and half square triangles.
This pattern is for personal use.
DESCRIPTION
Add zipper pulls to #5 zipper tape quickly, neatly, and without the faff.
If you’ve ever wrestled with getting a zipper pull onto your tape, this clever little jig will feel like a revelation. It clamps securely to your table, holds your zipper tape steady, and lets you slide the pull on in one smooth, confident motion. No slipping, no uneven sides, no frustration, just a tidy zip every time.
WHY YOU WILL LOVE IT…..
Table clamp included - screw it gently onto your work surface for stability.
Easy to remove - unclamp and pop it away when not in use.
Perfect for #5 zipper tape - ideal for pouches, bags, organisers and retreat projects.
Saves time - especially when you’re making multiples or prepping kits.
Beginner friendly - turns a fiddly job into a simple, satisfying step
HOW IT WORKS…
The jig holds your zipper pull firmly in place so you can guide the zipper tape onto it evenly. Instead of juggling two wobbly tape ends, the pull stays steady, giving you both hands free to line things up perfectly.
Clamp the jig to your table or workbench.
Place the zipper pull onto the jig, with the back of the pull facing you.
Separate your zipper tape into two individual pieces.
Feed the first side of your tape onto the pull.
Feed the second side of your tape onto the pull
Pull both sides of the tape down in one smooth motion
Now zip up and down to make sure everything is aligned.
Ta-Dah - super easy!
