  • Can I return or get a refund on a pdf pattern?

    Unfortunately no. Digital downloads are very different to physical products, and all rights are waivered with regards to returns. However, if you have a problem or a question then please contact me via the Contact Page, and I will do my best to help you.

  • Can I return a physical item? (UK)

    If you would like to return any items with regards to your physical order, please ensure that you contact me within 14 days of receiving your order. I will then supply you with a return address. Specified items must be returned within 14 days. This does not apply to bespoke or made to order items, these unfortunately are non-refundable. Once received a refund will be issued, excluding shipping costs, only if items are returned in an unused condition. The shipping costs for all returns are the responsibility of the buyer.

  • Can I return a physical item? (Outside the UK)

    If you are an overseas customer unfortunately, I cannot offer a refund. If you have any questions or queries regarding your order, please contact me via the Contact page and I will do my best to help you.

  • Can I share my purchased pattern?

    No, please do not share your purchased pattern. Please support me and my small business by sharing my website with your friends or sewing groups.

  • Do you sell wholesale?

    Yes, Rope & Anchor sell wholesale on printed patterns. Please get in touch for minimum order quantities and prices, via the Contact Page.
